It feels redundant to say that there have been a lot of changes to keep up with, since I'm working in education and all, but this year has seen a lot of changes. After many years of teaching Intensive French the program was cut and I have to learn how to be a regular home room teacher. I spent some time grieving for a program that I had been a part of starting in the school and had been teaching for many years. I then realized that this was a chance for me to shake up my teaching, try new things and expand on those subjects that I always felt were too rushed (oh the places we can go with SCIENCE!).
With all these new activities, lessons, projects and ideas I have more ideas for blog posts than I have time, but I'm not making excuses. After the break you can expect some new posts on here. I'll talk about Science projects. I'll talk about Tomatosphere! I'll talk about Improv, cooperative learning, current events! Are you excited? I am.
See you soon,
Hannah
